A number of guest reviews picked up separate issues with individual stays, which whilst taken separately may be a small oversight by cleaning staff, but taken as a group signal concern with the hotel's standards.

Notwithstanding that the Park Regency City Centre is a three star budget hotel located in the heart of the city, guests mentioned that the rooms are tiny and feel unnecessarily cramped and pokey. The size of the room however, did not impact the room's amenities.
