Park Point Marina Inn Duluth is located in a fantastic spot with fantastic views of the canal and close to fine restaurants. Canal Park is 1.1 km away; Duluth Entertainment Convention Center is 1.7 km from the hotel while Aerial Lift Bridge is 700 meters away.

The hotel is less than two years old and features a modern design, beautiful décor with high ceilings. The rooms are airy, spacious, very well appointed and sport spacious balconies. Bathrooms are surprisingly large and well-constructed.
