Hotel Park Hyatt Seoul (Seoul, South Korea)

The hotel boasts a large and modern health and fitness centre, as well as a high-class full-service spa. Guests absolutely loved the hotel’s pool, and the fitness centre, which boasts gorgeous views of the city. Both the pool and the spa are said to be excellent spots to unwind and relax after a long day.

The staff is simply fantastic. Guests repeatedly rave about the excellent customer service they received during their stay. Language barriers are not an issues, as all staff speaks English proficiently, which is often a rarity for many Korean hotels. In addition, guests also complimented the concierge service here, noting that the personnel were especially helpful in making recommendations and arranging transportation.

Don’t miss out on the amazing dining opportunities offered at the hotel. Guests were very impressed with all three dining venues, noting the high quality of the food served, whether it’s a light snack, a fancy dinner meal, or room service. Guests recommend The Lounge for a quick bite, which serves really nice Korean and western fare.

The location of the hotel is not the most ideal, and probably best suited for business visitors. The city centre, as well as most tourist attractions, are a bit far from the hotel, and there is not too much to do in the local area either.

Guests weren’t too fond of the beds, as reviews are filled with negative comments about the too-hard beds.

The elevator system is said to be a bit of a nuisance, as you will have to take two elevators to get to your room, with a change on the hotel lobby floor.
