Some of the guests found the rooms too small for their liking, an issue which is common in many hotels in Paris. There are also reports of the rooms being a little dark, although it appears that this may have been a temporary problem while renovations were being made to the outside of the building. Guests also would have liked to have tea/coffee making facilities in their rooms.

According to feedback, it can be quite tricky taking luggage up to the upper floors - the lift is very small and the stairs are also very narrow. Another problem is that the lift doesn't stop at all the floors.

A few guests commented that they were disturbed by noise at times. They say that the walls are quite thin and the traffic outside is loud at rush hour.
