The Orchards Inn of Sedona is surrounded by spectacular natural scenery which can be viewed from most areas of the hotel. Guests reported that although the area is relaxing, many attractions, restaurants and services are just steps away from the property.

A number of guests reported that they arrived at the hotel without any prior contact or reservations and the front desk staff worked quickly to fnd them a room at the last minute. Staff members also have no problem providing information about the area and they rectify any problems that arise quickly and efficiently.

Guests reported that the breakfast served each morning is plentiful with healthy, delicious items to choose from and guests can bring it back to their room to enjoy overlooking the beautiful views of the area.

There have been reports of a lot of noise around the hotel coming from several sources including loud bathrooms fans, footsteps, doors slamming and conversations in other rooms due to poor soundproofing, traffic on the road outside and drunken guests knocking on doors at all hours of the day and night. .

The breakfast served at The Orchards Inn of Sedona is served in a small and crowded room where it's hard to find a place to sit and there are long waits to get food.

The guest rooms are dated with old-fashioned decor and tattered furniture. Guests also reported that the beds are uncomfortable, there is hardly anywhere to store personal items, the paint on the walls is peeling, the towels and sheets are of low quality, the carpet is stained and it's hard to control the water temperature in the shower.
