Red Rock Home
Nestled in surreal, red landscape, well-equipped studios and apartments continue to impress guests, who praise the comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and amazing views. The one and two bedroom apartments with private balcony or decking area remain very popular with travelers.

A Pool with a Difference
The pool area is a constant hit with guests who want to relax above all else. You'll be hard pushed to find a more beautiful swimming experience anywhere on earth: besides bloodshot lunar landscapes by day and under the star shot sky at night. For many, the experience is unforgettable.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Repeat Calls to Reception
Some guests experienced a less than satisfactory response when requesting missing room items or for broken items to be replaced. Similarly, having to chase down replacement bedding, beverages or toiletries can be frustrating for some travelers, who expect their needs to be met in a more timely fashion.
negative:
Stunning Setting Belies Outdated Rooms
While most visitors to the hotel have a great stay, reports suggest that certain rooms require updating. Guests feel that lower level rooms (as well as being a long walk away!) feature outmoded furniture and décor and are dingily lit. To compound this, rooms here don't enjoy the views for which many travelers come.

Paper-Thin Walls - Bring Earplugs
Repeat comments suggest that noise from corridors and adjoining rooms has been an issue at this establishment. Lack of decent sound insulation has led to a frustrating night for some light-sleepers. Those with real problems have found staff accommodating in finding and moving them to a quieter room.
