The majority of guests staying at the motel arrive to a clean and tidy room. Guests report that the cleanliness of these rooms makes for a comfortable stay.

Despite being off Branson's main tourist strip, guests report that the motel still suffers from some noise pollution. The primary culprit appears to be a nearby go kart track, which is filled with the shrieks and shrills of happy drivers. Past guests have suggested that rooms at the front of the motel are a little quieter.

Although the property is generally considered clean, a lot of guests have been disappointed to learn that daily housekeeping is not offered at the motel. In particular, many guests would prefer if towels were replaced daily at the very least.
