When compared with what people spend at other locations, many guests felt they got their money's worth here. While not a five star resort, visitors said it did provide a clean and comfortable place to stay during their travels.

Many visitors love the friendliness of the staff. They said they were helpful, whether it was with wake-up calls, room cleaning or providing local information.

Many guests mentioned how the hotel was conveniently located to attractions. It’s close to Kings Cross station, which provides easy access to central Sydney. Guests also claim that many landmarks, such as the Sydney Opera House, are within 2 miles or less so it's walkable.

A few guests mentioned that things can be a little noisy since it's not far from nightclubs. There's quite a bit of commotion depending on where your room is located according to guests. For example, some claim if you're near any of the streets, alleys or inner workings of the hotel, such as the kitchen, don't expect a restful night.

Although a majority of the guests didn't have an issue with room cleanliness, some guest did. They cited things like stained sheets, dirty floors, etc. and claim the rooms could be a bit cleaner.

While most guests complimented the size of the rooms, others felt they were a bit small. Some people mentioned the size of the bathrooms were smaller than they expected. Others claim the beds seem shorter or smaller than normal beds. Again, most people did seem to enjoy their stay and didn't have an issue with the room size.
