Guests say that the hotel is very conveniently located as there are three stations within walking distance where you can get services around Osaka as well as to neighbouring cities including Kyoto. There is plenty around the hotel with shopping malls and restaurants nearby.

The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and courteous. They are professional and happy to assist with anything you may need. Although some guests say that they do not speak English very well, they will make every effort to ensure that you have a good stay.

Generally speaking, guests are happy with the food here. The range of food is said not to be the greatest, but what is served is reported to be good and tasty.

Some of the hotels rooms are sold as being compact, but even those which are the standard rooms are thought to be quite small. There is not much room for guest's luggage and some travelling alone thought that they would not have had enough space for two comfortably.

Guests find that the air-conditioning does not adequately cool the rooms and so they can be too hot, even in the winter. Some guests struggle to get a temperature that they feel comfortable at, too hot with the windows closed and too cold with them open.

The hotel is adjacent to Hankyu-Umeda train station and some guests find that they can hear the trains. While the noise does not bother some guests, if you are a light sleeper then the train station may be just a bit too conveniently close for you.
