Many complaints have been made about the cleanliness of the hotel and guests have reported leakages and black mould in the bathrooms and along the walls in their room. However, some rooms were just fine and guests found no problem.

Although the pictures depict newly renovated rooms, some of the guests felt that the hotel's décor looked a bit dated and could use a makeover.

While some guests did enjoy the breakfast, others thought that they would be better off getting breakfast outside of the hotel for a better price.
