Positive Reviews
positive:
Clean and fresh.
The studio apartments of Naika are consistently clean and kept vibrant by the staff members. You'll feel refreshed within the bright and colourful spaces of the apartments, which are open and spacious enough to let you relax between outings to the nearby beach and town areas.
positive:
Ample parking access.
The parking is handled by a nearby lot, and is almost never filled to capacity. Even if you decide to bring your own car to Naika, you'll find a spot regardless of the time of day. This is a great option if you're looking to explore the surrounding region's hills and inland areas.
positive:
Complete self-sufficiency.
The facilities at Naika offer you total freedom in living and operations, since the kitchenette is full of all the appliances you could possibly need for cooking, and the bathroom unit is clean and comfortable enough for all of your daily routines.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Missing amenities.
Small touches within the kitchenette area weren't included, such as wine glasses, an assortment of plate sizes, and serving bowls. This isn't a massive issue, since the majority of the appliances and utensils are provided, but it would be nice to round out the selection.
negative:
Noise seepage.
Some of the noise from neighbours and the town itself tends to leak into Naika, and while it isn't loud enough to cause a significant problem, it can be unsettling late at night or during peak seasons of operation.
negative:
Added surcharges.
While there aren't many, some features at Naika do require surcharges, such as usage of the pool at the nearby hotel complex, or the breakfast provided in the same building. Most of the included amenities are worth their value and included with the price, but others come with an additional price tag.
