Although guests occasionally mention that they would have preferred to stay a little close to the Savannah waterfront and historic district, the location of the motel is generally deemed convenient. There are shops and restaurants nearby and the motel is no more than a 30-minute drive from main attractions.

Guests sometimes find the room rates here on the high side but do also note that they appreciated having access to complimentary Wi-Fi. The speed and reliability of the Wi-Fi are generally deemed acceptable.

For the most part, guests have found the staff at this Savannah Midtown motel is friendly. Five-star service seems unlikely but the staff is, at least, approachable and seem happy to address any concerns.

Previous guests have tended to find the rooms here are of a disappointing standard. Multiple examples of poor cleanliness and maintenance are reported, not least the presence of bugs in the rooms.

There doesn’t appear to be any pattern to the housekeeping service here. Guests report that the housekeeping staff isn’t averse to banging on doors early in the morning and then failing to arrive later in the day as requested. When service does take place, the staff rarely seem to do a thorough job.

Although enjoying the pool, guests tend to find the amenities here are limited. In particular, guests note the absence of a fitness room and laundry facilities. These absences lead guests to question the value of the hotel even further.
