Known for its unique décor, this bright property offers a rare chance to glimpse at some rare and interesting works of art. Guests recommend paying attention to every detail in the hotel. Even though the exterior is old, the interior is modern and upscale. According to recent reviews, guests have been pretty pleased with their rooms as well. They are brightly coloured and spacious, and feature comfortable beds and a well-appointed bathroom. The air conditioner is quite strong and stands up to the summer heat.

This hotel is ideally located for exploring Old San Juan. With a location in the heart of the city, the hotel is convenient to many fantastic restaurants, and plenty of interesting shopping. You can get around on foot quite easily and even the port is reported to be within easy walking distance.

The staff are reported to be very friendly and professional. Guests found the front desk staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They even go above and beyond by checking in on their guests wellbeing.

There is no elevator onsite and there are lots of stairs throughout the property. Though there are no ground floor rooms available, the staff will gladly help out with heavy bags if necessary.

Skip the rental car - you won't need it to get around the city. Guests warn that there is no parking onsite and the closest lot is a not close and not cheap.
