Very small lift
While it is a bit of a Parisian cliché, several guests nevertheless mentioned that the elevator was extremely small, and they needed several trips to get their luggage to their room. Guests with claustrophobia will have to be prepared to take the stairs.

Problems at check in
This is an apartment rental, rather than an apart-hotel, and there are no permanent staff on-site. As a result, prior arrangements must be made to collect the keys. Of course these don't always go to plan, leaving very frustrated guests out on the street without a key.
