Close to the palace, the venue is an excellent base for exploring the many attractions of the city. The night skyline views are fabulous and the service at the venue is first-class. Guests report that the staff at the hotel goes out of their way to make sure guest feel welcome and that they are settled into their rooms and comfortable. Guests describe the staff as polished and professional and the service as faultless.
