Not such great service
There have been some guests who have stayed at Max Serviced Apartments Slough, Parallel House for five days, but only had service for one of those days. Towels were also only replaced during that particular one day too. If you are worried that you will not get enough fresh replacements, bring along a couple of clean towels for yourself.

Some minor maintenance issues
There have been a few complaints about light bulbs not functioning, windows not opening, and one of the lifts not operating at all. Many guests were a bit surprised about not seeing anyone at reception for a few days at a time. Nonetheless, by the 3rd day the service was back up and running.
