Guests who visited the bar said that the facility was well-presented and was stocked with over 200 types of Bourbon much to the enjoyment of many. Those who visited the on-site gym said that it was clean and of decent size with a wide range of modern equipment whilst those who used the indoor pool were pleased to find that it was immaculately clean and warmed to a pleasant temperature.

From the stylish lobby through to the elegant Concierge lounge  all of the hotel’s communal areas were highly complimented by the guests who appreciated the fresh and modern decor. The individual en-suites were also described as being well-presented with quality pieces of furniture and upholstery.

Many appreciated the helpful advice they got from the front-desk personnel with regards to the local area and said that the check-in and check-out process was extremely efficient. Guests also complimented the waiting staff who were described as courteous and professional.

Those who didn’t want to dine on the premises were disappointed to find that they were not within walking distance of local amenities. Guests mentioned that they found it cumbersome having to drive or to get taxis to the nearest bars and restaurants.

Not all of the rooms have scenic views as some guests were disappointed to find that their windows looked out onto the parking lot. If you are keen on having a picturesque view of the city then it’s advisable to let the staff know prior to booking.

The en-suites only feature walk-in showers which inconvenienced some guests who wanted to have a soak in a bath tub. Those with young children also objected to not having a tub in their bathroom.
