Guests were very pleased with the rooms here. They found them to be spacious, comfortable, and clean. There were many great amenities and the free toiletries were nice. Guests especially loved the beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows. An added bonus was the W-Fi in the rooms was fast.
Guests were able to get around quite easily from the hotel. There was many restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. For longer trips, public transportation was not that far away.
All the staff here were excellent. The front desk staff was always friendly and willing to help in any way they could. They were very efficient and always smiling. The house keeping staff did an excellent job of keeping all the rooms spotless.
There are probably better breakfast options in the area. Guests were not feeling that great about the breakfast here. The buffet was just okay. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t horrible either.
Some things seemed to get lost in translation at this hotel. Guests were a bit disappointed that the English skills of the staff were not better. They stated that they had trouble getting information they needed, like directions to different attractions and restaurants.
Get to the pool early, if you even want to swim. Guests stated that the pool was quite small and that it was not open very late in the evening. Many guests wanted the pool to be open much later.
