Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Panamá City (Panama City, Panama)

Guests thought that the location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient to their needs with many commenting how easy it was to move to and from the hotel to visit the many local attractions of Panama city and its surrounds.

A number of previous visitors to the hotel were pleasantly surprised at how consistently polite and lovely all of the staff were during their stay, many commented how it was never too much trouble for staff to help them find their way or translate information which made their stay very enjoyable.

The rooftop pool and hot tub were a hit with guests especially those traveling with children who loved that the pool lit up at night providing a great place to relax and hang out with the family on their vacation.

Some guests commented that the hotel's styling was a little out of date and that management could invest in some upgrades to decor and facilities to lift the standard of the hotel so that it is more in-line with other hotels across the Doubletree brand.

Some guests were not overly impressed by the breakfast offered by the hotel, which some described in their reviews as very basic including only simple continental items with a limited selection.

A number of people expressed their frustration that the Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, and some guests expressed their disappointment in their reviews that the Wi-Fi was not free commenting that this was unusual for the Doubletree chain where Wi-Fi is usually complimentary.
