Guests loved the very clean and well-appointed apartments which offer modern furnishings and a nice bathroom. Amenities like a kitchenette were appreciated as they could prepare their own meals. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet location. Guests felt they received a good value for their money.

Guests appreciated the free parking and found space to be ample. A plus for many was the fact that the area was secured. The property also offers some additional services, like a grocery shopping service, which guests appreciated. The free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly and with good speeds.

Guests loved the friendly and helpful service they received at this hotel.  Staff was able to direct guests to nearby restaurants or public transportation. They also were very welcoming and fulfilled guest's requests whenever they could.

The hotel is situated in a commercial neighbourhood which was off-putting to some guests. A car is recommended as supermarkets and other shops are not nearby. Many of Sydney's main attractions will also require some driving.

Guests who booked multi-bedroom apartments found out that the air conditioning is limited to one bedroom which makes the other rooms more uncomfortable to sleep in. You can remedy this to a certain extend by leaving the doors open, but guests would have appreciated at least a fan for the additional bedrooms.

Guests who had rooms facing the side street had not much daylight getting in. You might want to request a room on the back side of the building as these have been described as sunny.
