If you stay here make sure to request a room with a view of the marina. Many guests stated that the view of the marina from the pool was beautiful and that they enjoyed the view of the bay from the rooms.

For the most part, staff is there for you if you have a problem. Most guests stated that the most of the staff was friendly and were willing to help if there was a problem with the room.

This hotel is only partly renovated. Guests who paid extra to stay in renovated rooms stated that the rooms were very clean. They also stated that the furnishings were comfortable.

When staying here it might be a good idea to skip breakfast. Most guests were not happy with the quantity or the quality of the food. Most of the food was not fresh. Guests stated that sometimes it only consisted of juice, coffee, bread, and cereal.

Because this hotel is only partly renovated some guests stayed in older parts of the hotel. Many guests stated that these rooms were very dirty. The sheets were stained, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom had mold in it, and there were bugs. Some guests even felt the hallways and the lobby had a bad smell. In addition, they also needed renovations as the TV and other furnishings and appliances were old, worn, or didn't work well.

You might want to be careful if you stay here. Some guests stated that they did not feel safe in or out of the hotel. They felt that drugs were an issue in the hotel and that there were many homeless people around. Some guests experienced fights.
