Hotel Lucia (Vienna, Austria)

The breakfast was found to be nice and varied, as the presentation was appetizing and there were enough items to satisfy most people. There were protein options such as boiled eggs and sweet options such as fruits and pastries. Guests were content with the breakfast buffet.

The location was found to be great as the hotel is walking distance from the U-Bahn and train station. It is also close to various restaurants and bars, and therefore guests were able to explore the city and what it had to offer.

The staff members were found to be friendly people for most guests who enjoyed their kindness. They were helpful arranging activities and restaurants to eat in. They would try their best to accommodate guests with their requests.

Some guests would have liked the rooms to have a few more amenities to make their stay more comfortable. They would have liked some tea and coffee making facilities and/or mini fridges to keep their items in. Small additions that make a difference.

There was no air conditioning available in the rooms and therefore some guests felt the rooms were too stuffy and hot. They were not comfortable in the rooms because of this.

The noise coming from the outside such as traffic was found to be distracting to some guests who would have liked a quieter room that was not facing the street. They recommend to get a room that doesn't face the road.
