Boutiquehotel Stadthalle is located is a lovely and convenient location for exploring Vienna, or attending an event at the Stadthalle. The hotel is close to many public transportation connexions, including the train station. In addition, there is a bicycle trail that leads from the hotel to the city centre and bike rentals area available nearby. Guests said that one can get to the main town area in ten minutes.

Many guests were amazed with the eco-conscious attitude of Boutiquehotel Stadthalle. In fact, it is the first city hotel to have a “zero energy balance”. The hotel follows many sustainability practices throughout the property, including watering plants with water from a personal well from collected rain water. In addition, the hotel has solar panels, which are used to heat the water.

The hotel offers a great breakfast with a wide variety of foods, many of which are organic. Guests found the morning meal to be delicious and satisfying before a long day out.

Though most guests did not have trouble with the Wi-Fi, others reported that the connexion can be inconsistent and unreliable at times.

If you're a sensitive sleeper, make sure you don't receive a room next to the elevator. Guests reported that that area can be quite noisy, just from the lift mechanism itself. A few other guests also complained about being able to hear their neighbours, but everyone else had no problems with soundproofing.

Guests found it a bit uncomfortable that the bathroom is not behind closed doors, and partially open to the room.
