The white-on-white decor with the odd hint of colour is a hit with many guests, though it most likely presents a challenge for housekeeping. However, guests widely describe the rooms as sparkling clean and go on to note that the accommodations also tick all the other basic boxes: comfortable beds, decent Wi-Fi and plenty of hot water for showers.

Guests rave about the hotel's location on Avenue Louise, which offers upscale shopping and many side streets with tasty and trendy places to eat. Healthy travellers enjoy the walk to Grand-Place, which takes about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. The neighbourhood is also well linked to other top attractions and the airport by the bus and tram.

The complimentary continental breakfast buffet gives most guests a good start on the day, and the free coffee and tea in the lobby is also well appreciated.

While many guests love the white scheme or can cheerfully pay it no mind, others have a more negative reaction and feel it creates a "hospital-like" atmosphere, particularly in the smaller, twin rooms.

A few guests have experienced difficulty with the room climate in both the summer and winter, noting the windows do not open all the way but tilt ajar. Some have also run into plumbing troubles or felt uncomfortable with the old-fashioned keys (instead of key cards).
