Hotel Novotel Brussels City Centre (Brussels, Belgium)

Novotel-Brussels Centre Tour Noire is a great hotel for families. Children are well taken care of and given toys to play with, including gaming consoles. The rooms are clean with plenty of space and room for a family of four or five. The pool and steam room are a very welcome added bonus.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sainte-Catherine and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. De Brouckère Metro Station is just 197 meters from the hotel while Central Station is a 10-minute walk away. Brussels Midi is just 10-minute away by cab.

Most guests have been pleased by the wide variety of hot and cold breakfast dishes, as well as the international cuisine served at the Foodsquare brasserie. The good food is enhanced by the great customer service provided by the ever-friendly staff at the hotel.

A number of guests have reported that while they enjoyed Novotel-Brussels Centre Tour Noire's indoor jet-stream pool, it was on the smaller side and not deep enough for a comfortable swim. Others felt that the polystyrene landscaping around the pool looked rather tacky.

While the hotel provides free Wi-Fi in the rooms and public spaces, some guests have reported that the Wi-Fi signal in their rooms was weak. Other said the same thing about the TV signal in their rooms.

Some guests have reported that while the customer service level in the hotel is generally good, the front desk reception is not quite as good due to slow service which can result in delays during check-ins.
