The Lord Hill Hotel is a three-star family-run establishment set in a 19th century, listed building and a modern annex, situated about one mile from the charming town centre of medieval Shrewsbury. All bedrooms, available in various styles and sizes, have en suite bathroom, television and designer toiletries. Individually-styled traditional rooms in the main building have free Wi-Fi. Some are larger suites with four-poster beds, whilst the adjacent lodge has 24 standard rooms with smaller televisions. The hotel was refurbished in Summer 2013. There is ample free on-site parking and guests can stay on room-only, bed and breakfast or half-board basis. The Lord Hill Hotel restaurant boasts a brasserie menu and also serves Sunday lunches and sandwiches. Breakfast is served daily in the conservatory. In an easy to find location, the hotel provides a good base for exploring the county town of beautiful Shropshire with its independent shops and Tudor buildings.
