Previous guests noted that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk reception is very accommodating and cares about your comfort. The staff is happy to fix any problems and does so very quickly. There is tea and coffee supplied in your room and refreshed throughout your stay.

The Lonsdale Lodge is only a five minute walk to the nearest Underground Station. It takes approximately fifteen minutes on the tube to get to central London. It is only a five minute commute to Stratford station.The area is filled with plenty to see and do.

Previous guests noted that the rooms are kept in very neat and tidy condition. Everything in your room is already set and prepared for your visit.

Several guests noted that the conditions of the inn and the private rooms are in need of serious refurbishment. There are some serious issues with the bathroom drain, mould in the shower and poor quality furnishings.

Many guests reported that the rooms were much smaller than expected. The en suite bathrooms may feel especially cramped depending on your particular room reservation.
