Negative Reviews
negative:
Parking Expenses Add Up
Parking at this hotel is quite expensive and adds up quickly. There is no self-park option, only valet. Guests say it's at least a 20-minute wait to pick up your car as cars are parked across the street with the river in between.
negative:
Breakfast Leaves Much to be Desired
The breakfast selection is limited and guests say it's not worth the price. Gold and Diamond members get a free breakfast, but all others must pay. Seating is limited and finding a comfy seat is a chore.
negative:
Poor Elevator System
The elevator system is a bit slow and clunky, according to many guests. It's an electronic system, and you punch in your floor first before being directed to the correct elevator. This gets quite annoying for many guests.
