There were several somewhat negative remarks about the property being in need of renovating and refurbishment. Some of the issues cited revolved around lack of adequate furniture in rooms, worn and outdated furniture, broken fixtures and furnishings and tiny showers with very limited space in which to move around.

Though complaints were limited, it was mentioned that there is sometimes noise from the kitchen, which some guests were able to hear from their rooms. This was not an issue for most guests, however.
