These flats are in the central area of Edinburgh, so the station (*there's a great Chinese restaurant next door to it!), shops, restaurants and theatres are never far away. Great if visiting the Festival or just a tourist needing good access to places of interest.

Generally, apartments are nicely furnished and come with all the kitchen equipment you might need. If there are lots of you, there might be a shortage of crockery + cutlery though. Towels and bedding are provided.

Many apartments come with a parking space. This advantage can't be under stated as the last thing you want after a long journey is to go in search of a parking space and then, probably have to carry luggage a long distance to the accommodation.

Depending where your apartment is located, expect an expensive taxi journey to the office where you pick up the key. If you are lucky though, the office might be just across the road! *Worth checking the location before booking!

Having charged quite a lot for the apartment rental, they turn the screw with more hefty charges for things like cots. Not a good PR idea.

Again, it all comes down to the individual apartment, but water pressure can be a problem for baths and showers. The pressure increases at check out though and there's very little leeway if you want a later check out. You can though store luggage at the admin office.
