Hotel Le Relais Madeleine (Paris, France)

This was by far what most impressed guests about the hotel. Many described the location as, essentially, perfect. It was said to be very central, with guests able to walk to attractions as diverse as the Champs Elysees and the Louvre, and with a good deal of interest, like great cafes and shops, right in the immediate neighbourhood.

After saying how they liked that the hotel was in such a central location, many went on to add that it was somehow also fairly quiet, with no real problems of external noise. It seems that it is in a bit of a quieter side street, and guests felt they were getting the best of two worlds.

Many guests were very pleasantly surprised with the size of their rooms. While not exactly described as massive, many were clearly expecting a very small room on account of the location in central Paris. They were very happy to report that they were not so small and provided a decent amount of space.

While not really criticising the hotel directly, a fair number of guests felt that the hotel should have one less star than it actually does have, perhaps because of the lack of many public amenities.

A few guests mentioned that the bed in their room was a bit small. It seems that some rooms have double bed, which was a bit small for guests more used to queen or king size beds at home and in hotels.

So far, no recent negative opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.
