Positive Reviews
positive:
Fridge and microwave included
Several guests mentioned that hey were very happy to discover a fridge and microwave in their room. The microwave was described as especially useful since it enabled them to heat up quick snacks in their room while watching TV.
positive:
Clean and organized breakfast room
While the reviews of the breakfast itself were very mixed, most guests felt that the breakfast room was very well-organized. There were no reports of overcrowding, items not being promptly replenished or the general pandemonium that can sometimes accompany hotel breakfasts during busy times.
positive:
Very cozy rooms
While guests didn't often use the word “cozy”, a great many felt that their room was very well decorated, furnished and equipped, and that this created a sort of warm familiar atmosphere that is perhaps best described with that word.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Bathrooms a bit small
A surprising number of guests mentioned that they found their bathroom to be particularly small. Those who had been guests in other La Quinta properties reported that they definitely seemed smaller than they were used to. They generally felt that they were a bit awkward to use.
negative:
Maybe a bit overpriced
A fairly large number of guests wondered whether they had paid too much for their hotel room. While they were generally happy enough with the hotel, some perhaps felt that they didn't receive a sufficiently discount rate, considering that the hotel was some distance from central Nashville.
negative:
Near major warehouse
Though not often mentioned, a couple of guests did point out that the hotel is right next to a busy truck depot. Though noise did not seem to be a problem, some didn't like having to contend with a large number of trucks every time they drove in or out of the hotel's parking lot.
