Exceptionally pet-friendly
Guests with pets in tow simply loved the attitude displayed by the staff at the hotel. They found that both they and their pets were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. There were even doggy treats available right at reception.

Wonderful staff
It was near impossible to find an unkind word written about the hotel's staff. They were almost universally described as exceptionally friendly and helpful, often going far beyond the call of duty to help out a guest with a particular issue.

Modern and updated décor
Guests describe the property as being either very new, or having recently undergone a very thorough renovation. Whichever is the case, they clearly liked the new design scheme, which was described as easy on the eye, and also that “new room smell”.

Virtually all-carb breakfast
While guests did appreciate having a breakfast available at their hotel, they did not seem to think much of the food. A common complaint was that it was virtually 100% carbohydrate based, with the other two macronutrients nowhere to be found on the menu.

Extremely small pool
A number of guests were very disappointed with the pool. It was described as much too small to actually swim in, and functioned more like a hot tub with cold water. Maybe worthwhile if you just wanted to cool down, but otherwise not much use.

Noise from the hallways
While there were not many complaints of guests being disturbed by noise from outside the building, that couldn't be said about noise from inside. Guests were especially critical of the doors, which they said had very poor sound insulating properties all round, meaning that the random noise generated out tin the hallways could easily be heard in the rooms.
