Great pet-friendly atmosphere
Quite aside from a “pet-friendly policy”, guests felt the hotel actually had a pet-friendly atmosphere, were owners and pets were equally welcomed. They typically liked that they were not charged more for their room because they brought their beloved pet along, and that there were plenty of other guests with their pets as well.

Great location just off the interstate
Motorists clearly loved the location of the hotel. It was described as being right off the I-95 and exceptionally easy to find. Guests also liked being close to the highway, because they could easily access it and be on their way without having to first negotiate busy city streets.

Though it is pretty much a standard continental breakfast, with one or two additions, guests really seemed to appreciate having it available. It was said to hit the spot and ensure a good start to the day.

Problems with barking dogs
While pet owners loved the pet-friendly policies, others were not as pleased. Guests spoke about dogs barking at the most inconvenient times, like right when they needed just another 15 minutes of quality sleep.

Some issues with mold
While it was certainly not all guests who reported this, quite a number did find traces of mold in their rooms. Others found no mold, but noticed a musty smell. It sees that there may be a problem with dampness and its effects in some of the rooms.

Staff attitude issues
Several guests mentioned that they encountered rude staff, both at check-in and during the course of their stay. While it was certainly not a universal complaint, those who experienced it were clearly none too happy.
