About La Quinta by Wyndham Lebanon
Conveniently located just off the I-40, La Quinta Inn & Suites Lebanon offers modern and recently updated accommodation with something for both business and leisure travelers.
Like the rest of the hotel, the rooms are updated and thoroughly modern. They are also well-equipped, with flat screen TV’s, fast Wi-Fi, microwaves, coffee makers, minibars and many other practical amenities.
The hotel features great leisure amenities, including outdoor pool and fitness center, but business people will be more impressed with the business center dedicated to their needs. There is plenty of free parking available.
A comprehensive breakfast, consisting of both continental and hot foods, is available every morning. La Quinta’s signature waffles, which guests get to make themselves, are also available.
The Nashville area is of course best known for its country music. The Grand Ole Opry is less than 30 miles from the hotel.
Positive Reviews
positive:
Great location close to the interstate
While the hotel is some way out of Nashville, the target destination for many guests, they clearly liked being so close to the interstate. They found they could easily access the I-40 and be on their way to Nashville, or elsewhere, in no time at all.
positive:
Generally very clean
While there were one or two noticeable exceptions, the vast majority of guests found their rooms to be simply spotless on check-in. Ongoing housekeeping was also said to be decent, giving even guests who had very high standards confidence that they were in a clean environment.
positive:
Friendly and welcoming staff
Again and again guests would mention just how wonderful the hotel's staff were. Guests were made to feel very welcome, even if arriving in the dead of night, and they said that the reception staff had a good service oriented attitude that was a major benefit when working on the front lines in a hotel.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Various problems at breakfast
While this La Quinta offers more breakfast options than is standard for the group, on the whole guests were still disappointed. Complaints ran from the fact that the food was considered too processed to the breakfast room being too small to seat all the guests trying to find one.
negative:
Toilets too low on the ground
While not mentioned often, it was reported that the toilets are very close to the ground. It was felt this made them awkward to use, even for fully able-bodied people.
negative:
Wi-Fi a bit spotty
While a rare complaint for a La Quinta branded property, a large number of guests reported problems with the Wi-Fi. It wasn't so much that the speed was slow, but rather that the system was unreliable, with guests being unable to get a connection at times.
