Hotel La Quinta by Wyndham Greensboro NC (Greensboro, USA)

Going through the reviews, it was easy to lose count of how many times guests would report that the bed was one of the most comfortable they had ever slept in. It seems the hotel's bed buyers have achieved the (near) impossible by selecting a mattress with exceptionally broad appeal.

Several guests were relieved to find that there were a number of restaurants, mostly part of national chains, in close proximity to the hotel. That way they didn't need to travel far in order to eat well.

In fact guests said that not only were their pets made to feel welcome, but their owners didn't receive a bad welcome either. Pet owners were happy that they were not charged more, or treated like second class guests, because they were travelling with their best friend.

While the superior rooms do have these amenities the standard rooms are without both microwaves and fridges. A couple of guests sorely missed these amenities, since they were unable to keep their cold drinks cold, and heat up their snacks.

While a few guests did  find the breakfast offered convenient, since it allowed them to get it out of the way, most felt that it was much too basic It was said to offer very little variety, and be suitable only for people who had very specific breakfast tastes.

While, surprisingly, there were not a lot of complaints about noise from the highway outside, a couple of guests mentioned that it seemed the building itself generated noise at a level that disturbed sleep. Sounds from the plumbing system were mentioned as one of the culprits.
