Guestrooms are of a really decent size and are attractive decorated. They feel fresh and modern and the amenities are good, with big TVs and a pretty solid Wi-Fi connection. As well as this, they are really clean. The same can be said for the cleanliness of the public areas, especially the pool.

Hyatt Place Greensboro is in a great location. There are a number of places to eat within walking distance, as well as many stores. Because it is close to the freeway, getting to and from the hotel is straightforward as well.

Every time you enter the building you will receive a really warm greeting by staff. They are very friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you are having an enjoyable stay with them. If you have a query, you only need to ask and they will deal with it quickly and with no fuss.

While the breakfast is free and overall adequate, it could use some slight improvements. Sometimes the fruit doesn't seem as fresh as it should be and the eggs aren't always very tasty. There aren't very many healthy options either.

The pool is quite small, so if a few people are using it, things get quite cramped. The same is true of the fitness room, the lobby, the bar and the breakfast area.

Being near a major road, you may hear a fair amount of traffic. Also, the air-conditioning units can be very loud, as can the elevators.
