Hotel La Quinta by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West (North Olmsted, USA)

While some guests traveling in winter did feel it was inadequately heated, those traveling at other times really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub handy. It really seemed to allow them to relax and recharge after a long and difficult day.

Several guests liked the fact that there was a massive shopping mall right across the road, and a number of good chain restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines within a very short distance from the hotel.

Guests really liked the location of the hotel, very near an on-ramp onto the I-480. They liked the convenience of quickly getting onto the highway and then immediately speeding off to their destination. Many guests were also coming in from the airport and found it convenient whether they were driving or using the airport shuttle.

While hotels invariably receive complaints about the comfort of their beds, simply because guests mattress preferences are so varied, there were far too any complaints here to ignore. It seems that at least some of the mattresses may really be uncomfortable in an objective sense.

While not mentioned by many it was reported that if you try to shower at very popular times you'll have a good chance of getting only lukewarm water. If possible it would be better to try to shower during quieter times.

While there weren't really any complaints about noise from the highway outside, a couple of guests did say that the walls between the rooms seemed “paper thin”, and noise seemed to travel from one room to the next completely unhindered, making the quality of your sleep dependent on the good manners of your neighbors.
