Although Wi-Fi access is included, some guests found that the connection was unreliable. At times the Wi-Fi connection is either slow, frequently drops out or is altogether unavailable.
negative:
On the small side.
Some guests complained about the size of the rooms, stating that they were too small. This included the bathroom as well as the lift which, typical for an old Parisian building, is only big enough for two people.
negative:
Air conditioning is not provided.
The hotel is not equipped with air conditioning. Some guests found that on hot days the rooms were hot and stuffy and particularly uncomfortable in the evenings.
