Positive Reviews
positive:
Unbeatable central location
Guests really liked the central location of the apartments. In fact, this was likely the main reason for booking here. They liked being so close to all the bars, restaurants and other amenities, but one place mentioned again and again was the Adelaide Oval, which was said to be within walking distance of the apartments.
positive:
Very good value for money
The overwhelming majority of guests who brought up the question of value for money felt that they had paid a fairly low rate for decent accommodation that was situated in a fantastic position. Most felt that they would not be able o get better value at other nearby properties.>
positive:
Apartments were a good size
Pretty much all guests commenting on apartment size reckoned that they were more than big enough for the number of guests allowed to book in.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Reception not very helpful
Guests reported that the actual reception at the building was not where one collected keys, and was in fact part of a different organisation. This created some awkwardness, since they were often unwilling to really help guests who had booked through outside agencies.
negative:
Kitchens not very well equipped
Guests clearly did not think much of the way the kitchens were equipped. The feeling seemed to be that the owners had tried to get away with supplying the absolute bare minimum possible. This resulted in some items that they really needed to prepare decent meals simply not being present.
negative:
No free Wi-Fi
A number of guests were astonished to discover that if they wanted to use the Wi-Fi they would have to pay a fairly steep daily fee. Among these guests, the feeling was that connectivity is such a basic feature of life nowadays that it really should have been included in the room rate.
