Free shuttle to Kings Island; good location
The free shuttle to Kings Island was liked by many guests. The hotel is close to a park and many restaurants. Easy access to the hotel right from the interstate was also very convenient for guests.

The staff was very professional and knew their job well. Guests were not made to wait for the process of Check-in and Check-out. Even the shuttle drivers were very helpful to many guests.
The hotel had a good and clean indoor and outdoor pool, plus a hot tub playground which was thoroughly enjoyed by the guests.
Rooms were not maintained at all. The carpets were stained, sheets were dirty and hair was in the tubs. There were cobwebs on the windows and the curtains were very dirty. All the rooms had a very musty and chemical filled smell to them. The entire hotel building was almost in a broken state, which gave a very a bad first impression to the guests on arrival.
Few guests found that the beds were flat and sunken in the middle which made them very hard and uncomfortable. Many guests woke up in the middle of the night as the air conditioners in their rooms were very loud and noisy.
The sink was all blocked and the handle was too hard making it difficult to turn the tap on and off. There were no towels kept in the bathrooms. There were spit stains all over the walls making it very unhygienic. Toilets were leaking.
