Positive Reviews
positive:
Individual and a Bit Different.
Just B is an individualistic experience, it is self catering with a number of different rooms or suites available. It offers guests the opportunity to be very central in this popular resort, and it should be remembered that central locations do bring with them a fair amount of noise, including the early morning delivery of beer barrels to the nearby pub that is so convenient for a relaxing pint!
positive:
Beds Made.
The housekeeping and bed making service was appreciated and the complimentary Wi-Fi Internet connection was also well liked.
positive:
Not Far to Go.
Guests who stayed in a studio and a room in St Elmo Cottage loved the location, and found that it was within easy reach of all essentials for their holiday stay, including The Windjammer pub, which was 47 seconds away!
Negative Reviews
negative:
Cramped After Move.
Guests were disappointed to be moved to Zion Place as the room was not as big as they had required, they wished to be able to stay in with their son in the evening, but there was not enough space in the room they had been moved to. They had not intended to go out for the evening but felt they were forced to.
negative:
Small Suite.
Guests who stayed in Suite 8 in Zion Place felt that it was too small for a proper self-catering stay, however they enjoyed their visit, as they preferred to go out for their meals.
negative:
Refund Woes.
This is a fairly idiosyncratic organisation and concept, and will appeal to those who like to make their own holidays, and be in the swim of things. Guests who made a booking, and then cancelled, were disappointed that the refund process did not go smoothly, requiring some chasing, a one-off probably, but indicating that the administration needed a bit of tightening up.
