The views from the front facing rooms were probably what guests most liked about the hotel. It is a relatively tall tower, so guests recommend getting a room near the top, and facing the harbour, for the very best sunrise views over the ocean.

While the food options at the hotel were limited, guests reported that this was no problem at all since there were amazing restaurants in the surroundings, well within walking distance.

It was near impossible to find a bad word spoken about any of the staff members. They were described as friendly and exceptionally helpful when it came to offering advice to guests on what to see or do on the island.

Like in the case of many other hotels, the Wi-Fi at JM Puerto del Rosario did not receive high marks from the guests. Many had problems accessing it in their rooms, and even when connected where less than happy with the speed.

Guests report that, unfortunately, the rooms with the best views also suffer from the most street noise. A busy road to the harbour passes right out front, and the noise did cause some guests to have a restless night.
