The quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the main street of Playa Del Carmen was the reason many guests chose the hotel. Guests said that it was an easy 10-15 minute walk into the main street with its many shops and bars.
Staff at the hotel rated highly across a number of reviews. Previous guests said that they found the staff to be very knowledgeable about local attractions and that check-in was fast and hassle free.
