Situated in the heart of Lisbon, this hotel boasts an ideal, city central location on a calm and quiet street with great public transport access. The metro is just a two-minute walk away, and has direct connexions to the airport. Guests loved being just steps away from the popular Bairro Alto district, known for its amazing nightlife scene. There are also many great dining options in the area, catering to all tastes and all budgets Guests also recommend shopping at Chiado, also a short distance from the hotel.

This residence is considered basic, but guests say the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Guests were surprised that despite being in the city centre and next to a busy road, it was a quiet stay.

The staff are said to be helpful, polite and accommodating. Guests said they felt welcome from the moment they stepped through the door. The front desk staff will gladly familiarise you with the city, if you'd like. They are quite knowledgeable and can give easy-to-follow directions and great recommendations.

The rooms tend to be on the smaller side, but guests say they're still very functional and well-appointed.

Most rooms have no views, even though some have balconies. A lot of the hotel looks out directly onto the neighbouring building's wall. Because of this, many rooms are quite dark too. The basement rooms, however, have the worst natural light, as they only have windows in the bathroom.

If you plan on toting heavy luggage, keep in mind that there is a small and steep spiral staircase, which can be a challenging climb with bags. No elevator exists onsite.
