The staffs in the hotel are obviously well trained. Upon check-in until check-out they always make themselves available in case you need them. Some guests also pointed out that they are helpful when you are looking for directions to a certain place. Additionally, they are also fluent in speaking English.

BessaHotel Liberdade's indoor pool area is a favourite among guests. It is well-maintained and clean that you won't have to worry about sanitary issues at all. It's a perfect place to play with the kids or just to enjoy a relaxing swim after a tiring day.

Breakfast in this hotel is definitely great. There's a lot of food to choose from, and they are obviously made only from fresh ingredients. The breakfast area and the service are also commendable, as both contribute to the entire dining experience.

The on-site restaurant serves food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is convenient, as you won't have to go out of the hotel just to eat. However, the prices are a bit expensive than the usual, discouraging some of the guests. You can opt to dine in any of the restaurants within walking distance, though.

While the hotel has many facilities, some guests pointed out that most are small. The gym, sauna, and the pool area lack space, especially when the hotel is fully booked. However, most of the time, guests were able to enjoy them without much disturbance.

Guests who do not wish to leave their rooms may do so with the hotel's room service. Some have complained, though, that there is much to be desired with the foods served, and food presentation is not so fancy.
