Negative Reviews
negative:
A few minor issues
Overall, guests of the Hotel Indigo appreciated the services and amenities. However, they did mention a few issues with the rooms, including a clogged drain, limited hot water, malfunctioning heating or air conditioning, and small basic rooms.
negative:
Parking very limited
Although the hotel does have available parking spaces and a valet service, the lot is very small and spaces must be reserved in advance. In addition, the prices can run very high, especially with the valet service. For a secure, guaranteed space in downtown, though, it might be worth it.
negative:
A little pricey
Guests of the hotel have warned that rates at the hotel run high, the breakfast is not included, parking is expensive and the fitness center is located off-site and costs extra for use. Still, the hotel is extremely convenient to scores of popular sights like Nissan Stadium.
