Hotel Indigo Brooklyn - an IHG hotel (New York, USA)

Many guests were happy with the amenities offered in the property. The rooms have flat-screens with plenty of channels, the air-conditioning worked well, the bathrooms had glass showers and there are mini fridges and quality toiletries.

The hotel is said to be a nice architectural building which had a trendy style to it that made an impression on guests. The bar, lounge area, and terrace area are modern and the décor is nice. The views from the room and hotel are expansive and with nice views of the city skyline.

Many guests were content with the high speed Internet connection they received during their stay. The WiFi was fast and reliable and people were able to work and keep in touch with their friends and family.

Many guests could not complain the hotel is near enough to the major attractions of the area and New York. It is only about a five minute drive from downtown New York and the price for a taxi was not too expensive. There are also plenty of subway lines to take you to your destination.

Some guests complained the rooms were too small for them to move around comfortably. For example, two people had to wait for each other to move about before heading to the other side of the room. For some it was too tight to feel comfortable inside.

The rooms are described as having a design that asked for noise to come in. Some rooms have high windows and ceilings so it was an issue to keep out the noise level to a minimum. Recently, people started complaining the building maintenance and also being in the middle of a busy city as being too loud.
