positive:
Bright and fresh rooms.
The rooms are bright, nicely decorated and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the rooms and bathroom are kept clean by daily housekeeping.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not all rooms are spacious.
While the rooms are clean and well appointed, they are not all large and spacious. Some guests complained that the size of their room was small, cramped, and for this reason not very comfortable to stay in.
negative:
Breakfast is a tight squeeze.
Some guests complained that the breakfast room was not large enough to accommodate all the guests who wished to breakfast. At the height of busyness it may be difficult to find a seat and you may need to wait a while until a free table becomes available.
negative:
Occasionally inefficient housekeeping.
At times house keeping staff needed reminding to replenish items in the room. Some guests found that they needed to request items such as hand towels and remind staff to refill the soap dispensers.
