Whatever problems guests had with the hotel, and there certainly were a few, almost all of them also mentioned that its room-rates were very low. While guests didn't directly say that they felt they received good value for only, they did think that it was a good option for those most interested in getting a low price on a Paris area hotel room.

A couple of guests mentioned that, while it couldn't exactly be called an airport hotel, it wasn't a very far drive or taxi ride from Orly Airport and they felt it was a good option when flying to or from that airport.

While the hotel is on a pretty busy road, guests felt their rooms were remarkably quiet. It seems that effective soundproofing measures have been taken.

While there were certain exceptions, guests who were actually visiting Paris and its attractions did not consider the location good. It was quite far out of the city, and the nearest RER station was nearly a mile away. Also, the immediate neighbourhood was said to be quite rough, and many did not feel comfortable walking in the streets nearby.

While the hotel certainly doesn't bill itself as a luxury hotel, several guests felt that the décor and facilities were too basic even for a budget property. They would have liked to see more thought having gone into the design of the rooms and public spaces.

Guests travelling at different times reported that the lift was out of order, and that they were forced to use particularly unattractive stairs.
